Delighted to have collaborated with and on the planning and organization of the official launch of The Hand Roll Bar by Mirai, Bahrain’s first dedicated nori hand roll bar. 🍣

The launch was inaugurated by H.E. Okai Asako, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, alongside Chef Junior Gomez of Mirai, welcoming an evening attended by distinguished guests who came together to experience the flavors and artistry of Japanese cuisine. 🇯🇵

Guests enjoyed a live hand roll making demonstration by Chef Junior, followed by an interactive hand roll making competition judged by H.E. Okai Asako and Chef Junior himself.

We look forward to creating more meaningful experiences that bring together food, culture, and community. ✨
