Treadmills, Elliptical, Recumbent & Upright Bikes for Aerobic Exercises. Selectorized machines are available to perform shoulders, back, chest, legs, and abdominal exercises. Rubberized dumbbells, Olympic bars, safety collar locks and Olympic plates are present for the free weighted section for various workout. Energy Gym is one of the very few here in Bahrain who have this Multi- Station well equipped machine to aid variety of exercises to improve general physical fitness.
