Carnival Fitness is back! We are looking for new recruits who want to be carnival ready! We've taken on 21 ladies and they've had a blast so far. We have a 3 part class which consist of target stretching to achieve the splits and overall flexibility, a intense dance workout that's makes you feel confident and sexy and lastly a body burnout workout which tightens and sculpts in all the right places.
