It's been a great start to the Fall 2025 term of iSwim! From stroke technique foundation and advanced, the non-competitive club, endurance training for 11+, adult beginners 1 & 2, iSwim for fitness and masters/triathlete programming, we've had a blast! 13 years of blood, sweat and tears and it continues to humble me. The baby I never knew I wanted but I have and I'm so proud.

I will stay pushing for diveristy in the pool and building the foundation for Bermuda's swimmers of tomorrow 💛

iSwim Camp 2025 done! It was a fabulous week with the most incredible team of instructors .brandon and Katherine Wheddon. We had do some breaststroke practice and do some dry land training.

Sometimes you have to take a step back to realise what you've created. iSwim is a whole brand, is a household name and it's humbling and rewarding and I continue to stay proud. Entrepreneurship is a journey - there are risks, doubts, sleepless nights but to be able to say this is my baby, this is what I've poured my heart and soul into outweighs all of that!

iSwim would not be what it is without the support of the best team of instructors, parents who trust us with their kid's swimming and keep me on my toes with feedback, the amazing team at the NSC and my personal support crew who keep me focused, driven and wanting to do more to advance, remove barriers and create access to swimming for every Bermudian (we live on an island surrounded by an ocean after all). Thank you for trusting me, my team, my brand. I am so grateful 💕

It's time for a reintroduction! I'm Elisha, business owner, masters swimmer/ex competitive swimmer for Bermuda both nationally and internationally (nope not giving away my age), content creator, programme developer, dreamer, head coach - I'm almost exhausted thinking about it all!

iSwim was created 12 years ago because there was a need for a non-competitive space. We are not a learn to swim programme. Our focus is on swimmers who want to be water safe, develop and embrace a passion for the water, just swim, learn proper stoke technique, train for open water swimming and/or triathlons and have fun in the water. People setting and achieving their goals in the water is my jam! Can you tell I love what I do?

There is so much on the horizon from adult beginner group sessions to a passion project that is currently in the works, swimming rehab for athletes - we offer it all.

I so appreciate you continuing to trust me (iSwim) with your and/or your children's swimming. This year marks 30 years that I've been coaching, guiding and sharing a small part of the passion that I have for this sport with the community.

I am iSwim and iSwim continues to be committed to laying the foundation for Bermuda's future swimmers one stroke at a time.

iSwim intensive summer camp is back and open for registration! Spaces are limited to 20 children, so that they will receive a lot of individualised attention in the pool (the student/instructor ratio is 4:1). Please note the camp is already at half capacity, so do not delay on registering.

Time: Half days 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Location: NSC

Out of water activities include - Talk and specialised coaching from an Olympic swimmer, Yoga, Fitness Training, Extreme Games, Health and Wellness Activity, LionFish Demo etc. All of the activities will be facilitated by experts in the field. Activities are subject to change based on instructor availability and will take place in an air-conditioned room unless outside space is required.
