Never not thinking about a fitness movement to attempt successfully! It’s always about fitness for me!! Without fitness our bodies begin to weaken, our minds drift into laziness, excuses, non committal to health!! Fitness is what I do, it’s what I love and it keeps my brain focused and fixated on maintaining and constantly challenging and pushing the bar!! What’s in your fitness menu?!
Lateral lunges with bicep curls and shoulder Press ups!! 15lb Db. Easing in! It only gets more challenging and physically beneficial to fitness,
Running Jacks with 10lb DBs followed by Jumping Jacks, same weights. It’s all about consistency!! If you are not pushing yourself to do better, to be better, to get stronger, to improve your Health! What exactly are you doing for your body, for your health, for your growth, for your future self! If you aren’t working out for your health, you are sedentary awaiting illnesses, weakness, and a cabinet full of artifical medicines which do absolutely Nothing but encourage more drugs
