Our new Cardio line is now all in place! We have 4 Treadmills, a Powermill Climber, Total Body Arc Trainer, 2 Ellipticals, and recumbent and upright bikes. All the units have the SE3 HD consoles that offer the latest in connectivity with internet and blue tooth built in. We are the only public gym on the island to offer cardio with these capabilities. It's taken longer than we had hoped but our new Cardio line has started to arrive! Our 4 new Life Fitness 95T treadmills are up and running and by Mar 5th the Powermill Climber, Total Body Arc Trainer, Ellipticals, and our bikes will also be installed. I believe we are the first gym on the island to bring in a PowerMill or Total Body Arc. Exciting news! 24 Hour Fitness will soon become the Leader in Cardio Technology amongst Health Clubs on the island! In Mid to Late December we will be installing Cardio equipment from Life Fitness's Elevation series (their top line of Commercial Cardio Equipment) each with SE3 HD Displays.

Life Fitness on Demand (Studio Training)

High-quality, motivational on-demand classes exclusively across all premium Life Fitness cardio products with the Discover SE3 HD console. As a premium feature, classes are added on a regular basis to keep the on-demand experience fresh and inviting. Classes range in duration, program types, difficulty level, music and instructor style.

Personal Entertainment

Easy access to streaming video and audio services like Netflix™, Pandora® Radio and Spotify™. Log in to the apps you use every day. High definition, 1080p TV means your exercisers get a rich entertainment experience. Bring out the beauty of Lifescape courses or get exercisers' favorite shows in sharp and crisp video. Treadmills incoporate 22" screens. All other units incorporate 16" screens.

Bring the Outdoors Inside

Beautiful Lifescape™ interactive courses as well as RunSocial™ and RideSocial™ which allow exercisers to run or ride with friends anywhere in the world in real time. Cardio interactively respond to the terrain displayed in the course, increasing the difficulty or elevating the treadmills as the terrain changes.

Connected Devices

Connect an Apple Watch®, headphones, heart rate monitors and related Bluetooth enabled devices. Easy Login - Personal QRCode, Bluetooth and NFC login make it easy to connect to the console.

If you are missing your gym and thinking you should setup something at your house, 24 Hour Fitness does have some equipment in storage that could get you started. These are stand alone machines for chest, shoulders and legs. Some function perfectly but have some rust staining and these are on sale for $800. Some have been stripped and repainted so that they are in as-new condition. These are on sale for $1,500. There is an option to have available equipment restored to as-new. All the equipment are commercial grade and would last you decades even without tender care. Email us at [email protected] for more information and to view the available equipment.

In compliance with the Bermuda Government 24 Hour Fitness is now closed with immediate effect, due to the COVID-19 virus threat, with a tentative re-opening date of Apr 7th. All active memberships are now on hold with effect from Mar 22nd so you will not lose any of your time. Please refer to announcements from the Bermuda Government for any revisions to the Apr 7th re-opening date.
