Hi, I'm Lucy Parker and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE and Les Mills Body Pump instructor.

I am a freelance Personal Trainer working with both individuals and groups. I also run a fitness camp designed to improve your aerobic endurance and physical strength.

Over the past 11 weeks, I have been working with Natural Nutrition, Bermuda to train a group of very determined individuals to not only run a 5k but also 8km and 10km. Yesterday they battled against the elements completing their first 10k race with gale force winds and heavy rain. Feeling very proud of them and very accomplished that I helped them reach such a goal.

Thanks to everyone who participated in my fitness camps this year. We had our last session of the year this morning and it's safe to say i won't be able to walk in the morning. The camp has had great participation rates with many people sticking to it all year and already wanting to sign up for next year. Next block will be in February!! Happy christmas to you all!!
