Positions: Captains/Crew

Summary:
We offer a variety of services ranging from instruction in Wakeboarding, Wakesurfing and Waterskiing to private beach “get aways” and cliff jumping/snorkel adventures. Providing a luxury, adrenalized experience this dynamic operation is located in Flatts Inlet. Guests are encouraged to customize every facet of their exhilarating time with us and will take with them an unrivaled sense of accomplishment.

•This is a part time position that can be developed into a full time opportunity. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, weekend/holidays and in all (safe) weather conditions.

Requirements:
1) Prior boating experience
(Local pilots license required for captain position)
2) Needs to have good public speaking skills.
(Tour guide experience preferred)
3) Teaching capabilities
(Instructor experience preferred)
4) Candidates must be very safety conscious and have a strong knowledge of local marine rules/regulations and safety procedures, have CPR and First Aid experience.
5) Should possess knowledge of local waters, marine life, history and culture.
6) Professional, neat and clean appearance and willing to wear apparel matching our company brand.

Responsibilities:
• Operate 24ft inboard vessel with up to (10) guests in and around Bermuda's most famous hideaways.
•Operate vessel safely while conducting engaging, informative and fun sightseeing tours for locals and tourists alike.
•Abilities to handle stressful situations while safely operating boat during youth programs, corporate events, film/photo shoots and other private charter conditions.
• Daily operations of camps, charters and tours including vessel prep, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Physically Fit and Good Swimmer a MUST
• Non-Smoker/Drug-Free

BONUS: (DOUBLE PAY)
• Mechanical Abilities (maintain boats and help with repairs on gas inboard engines)

Schedule runs:
•Sunrise-Sunset
•Mon.-Sat.
•Weather Permitting
