Good afternoon and Happy Holidays to My Bermuda U16 Rugby Family

I trust you All have had a fabulous Xmas and are enjoying your time off school and being mindful of your parents and training to get stronger in body mind and spirit.

Training over the first 2 weeks of January will be the following.

Note: Before school starts on the 6th of January I would like to train during the day! Preferably mid morning 11am - 1pm I need to know asap if this is a problem for you as a player or parent due to work or other committments. If its a transportation issue then we have enough people that can car pool.

U16 Training Dates:

December 28th, 9:30am-5pm (National Stadium Center,BRFU/USARugby/Rugby Canada Youth Camp)

December 29th 10:30am - 6pm, (National Stadium Center,BRFU/USARugby/Rugby Canada Youth Camp)

December 30th, 6pm-9pm National Stadium Center, Bermuda boys RFC vs Overseas/University local boys RFC (GAME)U16players will be selected for this game.

January 1st, (New Years Day/ Whitney Middle school:TRFC Social/Time to be Announced(TBA))

January 2nd 11am Start (National Stadium Center: Bring running shoes. Fitness & track training ) 1pm finish,(Coach Devrae)

January 4th, 10:30am arrive for an 11am Start, finnish by 12:30pm (Crossfit, Mills creek, Coach Bobby Hurdle)

January 5th, 10:30am arrive for an 11am Start (National Stadium Center: Bring running shoes. Fitness & track training ) 1pm finish,(Coach Devrae)

January 7th 5pm start,(Whitney Middle school/ Full on training Forwards and Backs.6:30pm finish. (Full Coaching Staff)

January 9th 5pm start,(Whitney Middle school/ Full on training Forwards and Backs.6:30pm finish. (Full Coaching Staff)

January 11th, 10:30am arrive for an 11am Start, finnish by 12:30pm (Crossfit, Mills creek, Coach Bobby Hurdle)

I came across an article I suscribe too... and thought I should pass it on to you guys. Remember, losing weight is simple and by doing these 3 things makes it even more simple! keep me posted on your progress. I have lost 18lbs (260LBS - 242LBS) since September 30th, 2013 by following these principles. I do have a good night here and there but it literally is here and there...Good Luck!!!

8.15PM – U16s 7-A-SIDE MATCH – 7 MINS EACH WAY. Meet time will be 6pm, ROBERT'S AVENUE GATE, AT THE PAVILLION.

PLEASE BRING YOUR BLUE JERSEY, I WILL HAVE SHORTS & SOCKS FOR YOU TO WEAR. Bring a warm jacket. ALL PARENTS COMING TO GAME YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER THROUGH FROG LANE SIDE AND PAY $25 entry, after dropping your rugger too me!!!

U16 strength training begins tonight, Wednesday(Nov 6th) 6pm-7pm, Saturday 1pm-2pm, at Coach's gagrage gym $5 entry each day. Make sure you have a towel and water.

Address: #9 Marl lane, off of Cobb's Hill in Warwick.
Directions:
Coming from Hamilton - Middle road heading West, turn Left up Cobb's Hill past Warwick Workmen's Club - go past Railway trail - as you go up hill, MArl lane should be on your Right(white wall). Turn down the lane - come half way down on the left , 2 white pillars - your there!
Coming from Somerset - Middle road heading East, turn Right up Cobb's Hill past Warwick Workmen's Club - go past Railway trail - as you go up hill, Marl lane should be on your Right(white wall). Turn down the lane - come half way down on the left , 2 white pillars - your there!

Thursday, 14th November -7.15PM (After the Bermuda vs Lloyds match)– U12/14s 7-A-SIDE MATCH – 7 MINS EACH WAY. WE WILL INCLUDE SOME OF THE BEYOND RUGBY KIDS WHO ARE ALREADY SCHEDULED TO ATTEND ON THURSDAY FROM DELLWOOD, BUT INTEGRATE THEM WITH SOME OF THE SUNDAY PROGRAM KIDS TO SHOWCASE AN “INTEGRATED” APPROACH TO YOUTH RUGBY PROGRAM. PATRICK WILL ORGANISE AND SELECT TEAMS AND CONFIRM TRANSPORTATION WITH BEYOND RUGBY/PARENTS.

Saturday 16th November – 7.45PM – YOUTH MATCH – U19s 10-A-SIDE MATCH – 10 MINS EACH WAY. DONAL MOYNIHAN THE NATIONAL U19S COACH AND KEITH. Some of the U16s will be eligible to play for this team.
