Beach Bootcamp UPDATE

An update for the Beach Bootcamp this coming Sunday, 29th September 2024.

7-8AM: Participants Arrival

8AM: Program commencement with Warm Up & Stretching

8.20-9.10AM: Fitness Activity

9.30AM: BBQ & Entertainment

10:30AM: Program ends while refreshments continues till 11AM.

Registration Price: $15.00 per person
