Hey,
How long do you give yourself time to workout in a day?
Some say at least an hour.
For me, I only workout enough to energize myself through out the day.
That can take 15-30 minutes a session if I'm working out at home.
And I usually have 2 sessions.
One in the morning before I start doing work, and one around 5pm.
What's yours?

It sucks when things don't work out. But what's worse is when you don't even try to make it work just because you thought you are going to fail. You never know what works until you TRY ;)

Are You Interested To Become My Product Tester?
I have with me few sets of new SKMEI Bluetooth smart watch.
What it does, it can:
- Track the distance you travelled using pedometer by syncing with your phone via Bluetooth
- Get notifications on your watch when there's a message on Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter and other (I havent tried this).
- It's a cool looking sports watch where you can swim or run with it. It's really sturdy.
I'm selling this cool watch for $85.
But since I have not tested this, and I need some testimonials... I am offering you to get this watch at only $45.
That is way too cheap.
You won't get it at this price anymore by next week.
The price will go back to $85 (market price) when I finished collecting information from you.
