Hi yogis! New schedule is out for September! All classes are beginner's friendly especially yoga wheel class! Yoga and Pilates is a perfect combo for strengthening and stretching the muscles!
New pilates barre class is added to evening time on Fri 5 30pm! The class focus on developing a strong core, strengthening back muscles including shoulders and lower back!
Yoga wheel class + straps - Stretches and release tightness around the shoulders, hips, hamstring and the whole spine! (Using the yoga wheel to practice headstand, wheel pose, shoulder stand and etc)
Hatha yoga focus on breath, connecting standing poses together into a flow! Lots of stretches (splits) ! Expect a little sweats and little bit of holds in every poses!

A lot of people nowadays had experience tightness in their shoulder, back muscles, hips or encountered pain when they started to stretch all those area of the body!! .
I had been working with clients who suffers tightness around their neck and shoulder area. After working with the balls and yoga wheel stretches, their mobility and flexibility improve - moving to wheel pose is a struggle for them at first but now it become so much easy, light and effortless! The pain & tightness that restrict their movement is gone and their body feels lighter and relax!!!
Really excited to share this experience with the students and hopefully everyone will get to experience the benefits of self myofascial massage! Payment must be made before securing a spot! (Spaces are limited) For further inquiries, please text 7178685!

Thank you everyone for joining this really special yoga detoxification workshops. We had learnt a lot of new things & insights from teacher Cherry today! Specially thanks to Teacher Cherry from Hong Kong and supportive members from KL TROIS Beauty International who fly all the way to Brunei to support this workshop!

Yay! The studio had upgraded/increase the resistance band in Pilates-Barre class today 💪🔥 Now, there are two types of resistance band to choose depends on individual strength! Get stronger, toner and leaner with pilates barre work! This class usually ends up with nice stretches after all the hard work ❤️

[Hatha yoga flow]
- A flow class that focus on breath & functional yoga movements! The flow involves creative sequences from sun salutations transition to standing, backbend or inversion! Suitable for all levels as modification will be given. But not for TOTAL beginners!
For [Pilates] related classes!
- The class is designed to developed functional core strength, healthy back muscles and spinal mobility that is essential to daily livings. All Pilates classes uses props like stability ball, strap band or pilates ring to help students feeling the right engagement of muscles! (Pilates is a very precise system of exercise which differs from conventional forms of exercise, it works from inside out!) Suitable for all levels including beginners or advance students!
