Yesterday. My aim was to do the Marathon Row sub 3 hour. Very Happy to reach this goal. How was it? When I first saw it in 2018, I thought it was pretty crazy workout and never think to try it...until now. It was definitely tough. The struggle was mental and became more physical as I reach the 30KM mark. I felt like I was starting to cramp all over especially my arms and legs but I pushed through. Crashed on the floor after reaching 42KM for at least 20 mins haha donβt think I will ever try this again ππ€ͺ Will say this though - to the people who came over to support, rowed and stayed until the end, thank you ππ» Also for the messages, really appreciate them all. Now to recover fully for the next wod πͺπ»

This weekendβs .ph competition I placed 4th. Day 1 didnβt go how I wanted it to. But Day 2 went really well - difference is this, mentality. Went to Day 2 with more confidence, clearer strategy and a winning mindset. Shows how much difference the mind can do. Great lesson here. All in all, great competition. Happy that I won 2 out of 5 events. Congrats to the podium finishers - strong athletes and really well deserved πͺπ» well done to .ph for their first competition. Really enjoyed it - fun, relaxed and well organised πͺπ» @ Tent City

Last yearβs Crossfit Open I placed 45th in France. A bit disappointed because the year before I was 43rd. Itβs not just about leaderboard of course. This year is a year to train even harder, more focus on working on my weaknesses, less competition and more self work to go where I really want to go. ππ»πͺπ»

I know what I want to achieve. I can see it. Feel it. Itβs there. I just need to continue working hard. Quality and consistent training. Good nutrition. Proper recovery work. And always being open to learn. The CrossFit open is coming real soon! Who is excited to smash it this year? πͺπ»
