We’re big on creating goals and achieving them, to lead by example. Coaches and wrapped up their Commonwealth Games qualifiers at the Asian Championships in Ahmedabad, India.
kept up the momentum with a huge 251kg total, with a clean and jerk PR at 141kg in the U65kg category. further extended her national record in the U48kg category with a sn**ch competition PR at 60kg, bringing her total to 130kg.

We’re big on fun challenges in this club! Last month, our community completed their consisTENcy challenge - a fun project meant to promote consistent and sustainable habits in movement. Our community logged in 10 and more classes within the month of April to be eligible to win lucky prizes, including our grand draw, a Ninja Crispi! 🤩 Many other prizes were included in this draw, from us and our kind sponsors.
Congratulations to all our winners and everyone who participated, making it a friendly battle and an encouragement to all!

Team Kettlebells & Kettleballs kicked off a series of adventures outside of the gym, with a Mixed Team Relay and Women’s Doubles in Hong Kong! And kicked butt!!! 🥳

recently completed his very first open water swim at the Labuan International Cross Channel Swimming Challenge 🏊 covering 2.7km!! From learning the ropes in the pool to an open water swim in his quest to complete an Ironman by this year. .running.ledger
We are surrounded by hard workers at the gym, and lives and breathes hard work. It goes without saying that we admire his grit and resilience in every goal he sets his mind to, outside of being a full-time professional, husband and a father of three. We are behind you every step of the way! 💪🏼

A meaningful marathon debut by .dunglah at the Miri Marathon 2 weekends ago! 🥳

came back from Vienna a rockstar! 🤩 Months of hard work and prep eventually led Kath to Vienna for the Hyrox Women Doubles. A personal win, a tick off the bucket list and big fun memories in the books. A true definition of grit and determination. We are so proud of you! On to the next!

The Feb Fresh Start Challenge officially launched yesterday! 🤩🍽️ As part of our Strive Towards Better Living Series, we aim to continue educating and keeping our community equipped with all the tools they need to live better.
This year’s first challenge starts with our plates! Participants and our community were given a crash course to kickstart their challenge, starting on the 1st of Feb.
