So it’s coming up to that time of year of year for the Panaga tri. As you will be aware the event is run by volunteers. We are looking for people to come and help us run the event as part of the committee.

🌊 great swim last night 🌊

Just under 20 people braved the water 🏊, and the took off to have a look at the run 🏃 & bike course 🚴.

Big waves forecast for the weekend! Great news the Beach Bunch and the SUP section will be there to support on Sunday!

Monday we have a run through of the course meet at Panaga Beach Shelter 1715.

🏊‍♀️We are aiming to have the swim course 🏊out and will take people over the bike🚴‍♀️ and run 🏃‍♀️route as well.

Nice relaxed environment no stress and slow pace.

Only thing to note is this is at your own risk. We will offer no swim assistance and/or bike or police marshals 👮 🚲.
