Never though I would buy a bike in Dubai... But here we are! It's only the second time I'm riding it and my but is sore as hell 😂😂😂 But I must say I soooooo happy!
On the last 2 weeks I was dreading to do home workouts and I start to feel quite blue and sad, to be honest... Hence why you guys are not seeing me too much around here... As I don't feel very confortable sharing that side of me.
But oh well... Everything happens for a reason right? I'm feeling better now, thank God! 🙏
And I think the biggest lesson I took from this is that if you are not happy about your exercise routine... ADAPT! Be open to changes that may help you to feel better!
Yes, doing resistance training consistently and with good technique is important for your health, your muscles, your posture and your aesthetic results.. 💪🍑
But physical activity plays a big part on your mental health too...
When the beaches were open I was playing voleyball, now I'm cycling... And who knows what will comes next? Maybe stand up paddle, kite surf... 🤔🤷🏼♀️😂
The important is for you to be open, don't be afraid of trying, experimenting....Find something that make you smile and make sure to introduce that on your weekly exercise routine 🤗

2. Your POSTURE plays a big role on how you LOOK
3. HOW YOU LOOK is not the most important thing in the world.
4. But your HEALTH, how you FEEL and WHAT YOU BELIEVE about yourself, indeed are very important and affect your actions and interactions in society.
5. This is getting very deep, so I will be short. Move, exercise, eat well as much as possible.

YOU CONTROL YOUR REALITY OR
YOUR REALITY CONTROLS YOU?
If you did a quick reality check and realize that you are fu***ng far from your BIG DREAM, you have 3 options:
1: Set smaller goals that in a long term will build up until you reach the BIG DREAM 🙌💃
Or
2: Dream smaller because you don't WANT to put the effort to change that much because that is not so important for you. Be happy with your choice 🌟💃
Or
3: Dream big, don't put enough effort, play the victim and feel miserable and sad, kill everyone vibes around you because you complain the whole time. 😖
Don't feel bad if you realize you are number 3. Is not because I'm writing this that I'm always on number 1 and 2. It takes practice!!!💪
Start paying atention to how you see reality and how much you want or need to change... Maybe you don't even have to change...
Simply wake up my friend! .
Be aware of your actions and manage your expectations accordingly, sucess is what you set to yourself! 👊

Feeling stuck?
Why this happened to me?????whyyyy? Why me?? Oh God..

We all have being there, no shame in that... But here goes my tip:
Start focusing on the What can I learn from the situation? and What can I do from now on?
🤔💡
You will see, when we choose to be "constantly learning" from the situations we are in "Magically" things start to work better...😎🧚♀️
