“ COMMON LEGEND IN READING THE KP OF THE DANCE
X ROLL:
Correct technical ex*****on of the Cross-Roll:
- Progressive movement of the free leg that crosses the skating leg and is placed on the floor ahead or back of the skating foot;
- The new skating foot when placed on the floor must assume immediately an outside edge with an change of lean (roll);
- Couples must keep parallel body lines during the cross-roll and synchronization of leg movements.
XF or XB:
A step in which the free foot is placed on the floor along the outer edge side of the skating foot with the calf of the free leg crossed in front or back of the shin of the skating leg ; the new skating foot is placed on the floor with feet close. “

Agradecemos ao professor de dança Anderson Vargas pelas aulas de dança que tanto agregaram ao nosso seminário.

From the 26th to the 29th of January the INTERNATIONAL DANCE SEMINAR 2020 took place at the Iate Clube de Brasília.
We would like to thank the renowned coaches Fernanda Ferreira and Hugo Chapouto for all the knowledge shared.
We also thank Tathiana Resende for all the work and coordination of the International Dance Seminar.
We thank the dance teacher Anderson Vargas for the dance classes that added so much to our seminar.
We also thank the physical trainer Júnio dos Anjos for the work done with the athletes.
