Been kinda MIA so I could be present for this season with my loved ones! Remember the reasons for the season and balance is key for a healthy life and healthy mind!

In my natural habitat 🥊
❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Although I didn’t get the gold this year, I’m bringing home the Pan-American bronze! Wouldn’t trade the memories and experiences for anything. Thank you to everyone who helped get me here. Time to get back to the grind!

Be stronger than your excuses!💪

Phew! Been diligently watching what I eat so I can not only fuel my body, but make weigh ins here in a few short weeks for Pan-ams. I’ve been semi-bulking tail-end of summer to beginning of fall so this cut the last few week is starting to show!

Insta saw it first 😝

I finally learned how to link my accounts that way, Facebook world, you can stay updated on everything Mars Litness! I haven’t been absent just on a different platform.

Here’s what the insta post says:

Post back and arm pump! Look at that sculpt showing 😱

For a long while, I used to be really Insecure about my broad shoulders and wide rib cage, but ever since I started kickboxing and becoming a gym rat, I have really grown to love the shape of my body that God blessed me with! To contour my muscles around my frame is a challenge I’m still working on but I couldn’t be more confident and proud of what this beast is becoming! ❤️
