🚣‍♀️🇸🇬 PFD UPDATE — GREAT NEWS! 🇸🇬🚣‍♂️

Following our previous announcement about mandatory PFD use during competition, we’re excited to share a positive update! 🙌

Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors and partners, we’re pleased to confirm:

✅ VAS Organising Committee has sourced approximately 120-150 compliant PFDs
✅ IVF has secured 300+ additional compliant PFDs through the generous support of
✅ Together, that’s 450+ PFDs available FREE OF CHARGE for competitors who don’t have their own
✅ Available in a wide range of sizes
✅ Suitable for both course familiarisation sessions and official competition days

Logistics on how these shared PFDs will be managed will be shared with Area Coordinators in the coming weeks — stay tuned! 📢

Bringing your own PFD? You’re still welcome to! Just make sure it meets one of these standards:
• USCG Type III (or Type I/II)
• ISO 12402 Level 50, 50S, or 100+
