🌟 BEYOND SOCCER COACH OF THE YEAR ; COACH ÊNIO
During the Spring season, Coach Ênio led BUSA QAC in Stevensville, making a tremendous impact on our players both on and off the field. And the journey continues this Fall, as he takes on the challenge of leading the Kent Island High School JV Girls team.
🌟 GAME CHANGER OF THE YEAR ; COACH ACÁCIO
Coach Acácio has been part of the BUSA family since last year and has always represented BUSA at DC Way, where he is now entering his second year. During the Summer, his energy, joy, and passion for soccer touched so many young players. He truly brings a different energy wherever he goes.
🌟 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR ; COACH GABRIEL
Gabriel’s BUSA story actually started back in 2022, when he joined our Travel Experience as a goalkeeper for one of our BUSA QAC teams. This year, he stepped onto the field as a coach for the first time ; and what a debut it was. His talent, dedication, and ability to connect with our athletes made his first season as a coach simply outstanding.
🌟 COACH OF THE YEAR ; COACH FERNANDA
After joining us for the Summer last year and making an immediate impact, Coach Fernanda returned this year for a historic role ; leading the first girls team in BUSA Frederick history. Seeing the girls from Frederick grow, compete, and enjoy every game with Coach Fernanda has been an incredible source of pride for our entire BUSA family.
These awards are more than recognition. They represent dedication, growth, leadership, passion, and impact.
