The people we meet start as training partners and as time goes on, it grows into becoming friendship and family with our teammates.

In life, and especially in today's society, it's very easy to separate yourself from this person or that person for one reason or another.
🥺
In Jiu-Jitsu, we're forced to remember that we're all the same and most of us are seeking the same.
Connection, community, brotherhood, sisterhood, energy, laughter, LOVE.
🥰
Come visit us at MABJJ to let Professor show you what you've been missing, as well as how Jiu-Jitsu can help empower yourself and improve your life!

Headquartered in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, MABJJ is an official Carlson Gracie Team affiliate, run by Professor Marcelo Alonso, 6th degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr.

Much LOVE, Respect to ALL,
see YOU on the mats!!!
