Speed, Power and a lot of data

Maybe 10s was too harsh if you compare this to Russell....

Equal Engines between all Mercedes teams is very doubtful...

Last Lap drama contained a 360, cutting multiple corners, broken suspension, bumper cars and losing two positions...

From to ....Gasly had to quickest race start but got stuck behind the 360 .

Miami started with on top, on a couple of tenths on P2. Leclerc dominated the first sector while Max gaining bit by bit on the long straights.

Kimi took his first pole on friday while Verstappen qualified on P1. Can you spot the difference between those laps?

29/03/2026

First major crash due to a low/empty battery.... Lets hope that those issues will be solved before the Miami . -fail

Verstappen has struggled off the line lately…
but this launch shows clear improvement 📈

🔥 F1 2026 REGULATIONS = NEW PROBLEMS?

With the new power unit rules, teams have to rely much more on electrical energy ⚡
That means one thing: more recharging during the lap

But… not every circuit allows that 👇

🇦🇺 Australian Grand Prix = immediate issue

➡️ Only 69% full throttle
➡️ A massive 19% lift & coast
➡️ And 11% braking

💡 What does this tell us?
Albert Park has:

very few heavy braking zones
long flowing sections
limited opportunities to harvest energy

👉 Result:
Drivers are forced into constant lift & coast just to keep the battery alive

📊 The visuals show how this differs per circuit:

🟢 Full throttle
🟡 Partial throttle
⚪ Coasting (energy saving)
🔴 Braking (energy recovery)

👉 Compare circuits like:

🇮🇹 Monza → heavy braking = easy energy recovery
🇧🇪 Spa-Francorchamps → long high-speed sections + heavy braking zones = balanced energy profile
🇲🇨 Monaco → will not be an issue

⚠️ This WILL impact racing:

Less pure flat-out driving
More energy management
Bigger differences between circuits

💬 What do you think?
Is this making F1 more strategic… or less exciting?

Same Engine same Power? Looks like McLaren learned a bit about their HPP. Same performance as Mercedes.
