The gray skies just mean you’re less sweaty for a workout! 😅

Want to get in shape but, like me, hate the gym? It can be stressful, intimidating, and overwhelming to navigate.

Well, luckily, there are other ways to be physically active.

Ebony Hoop Co. provides a more gentle approach to health with yoga and hula hoop dance - offered for private 1-on-1, small groups, or events.

Great for those who have suffered from injury or disability, are beginners, or tire easily.

Every body is truly different, and you should not feel ashamed for being different.

Hi everyone👋🏽

About to begin my morning yoga routine and want to introduce myself! ☺️

I am Ebony Hoop Co. and I Specialize in Yoga & Hula Hoop Dance Instruction. 🤓

Yoga is an ancient tradition which began in India. It is known to help its participants in developing great physical, mental, and spiritual balance nd acuity. For many athletes, it is a great supplement to your modern workouts. Yoga keeps the muscles from getting too stiff or sore. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Hula hoop dance is an incient Native American tradition. It is a sacred dance that resembles the circle of life and connection of all. It became a popular toy in the 60s, and now is a great tool for weight loss. It is a fun way to get your cardio in and tone up. ⭕️

I have 15 years of Yoga experience and 10 in Hula Hoop Dance. My brand seeks to teach fitness in a fun, inspiring, informative, and inclusive way. I want to show that disabled people can also be physically help people and that "Health" Can look different for everybody. 💪🏽
