We gave him a bag full of hay cubes. 🐴🎁
And judging by his reaction, it may have been the greatest gift he’s ever received.

Horse people have their horror movies.
Horses do too. 🐴😂
Imagine seeing the hay cart drive away without stopping at your stall. Watching your water trough get suspiciously low. Being forced to walk past a patch of perfectly good green grass.
Not knowing the plan for the day. And worst of all…
Finishing a ride and realizing nobody bought carrot treats.
We’re not saying our horses are dramatic…

Owning horses and managing a horseback riding business really is its own genre of horror movie sometimes 😂🐴
There’s something special happening here and I don’t even think it can fully be explained through photos or videos.
It’s the energy of the horses, the ocean, the quiet, the simplicity of the lifestyle… people come for the ride but leave talking about the feeling.
If horses could talk, 😂 we are convinced 90% of the conversation would revolve around snacks, working hours, drama and personal boundaries. 🤪
Every single horse here has a completely different personality and honestly some of them act more human than humans do. 😛😎🐴
One of the things we hear the most is: “I’ve never ridden a horse before.”
