We are so excited to see all you lovely ladies in class and you have inspired us to create a place where you can come and have some fun and dance the dances you have learnt.
We are excited to introduce a new event here in Freeport - a Spaghetti Western Line Dance Party!!! š¤

Come to dance or just come to watch - bring your friends and family for a fun night of dancing, fellowship, good music & food and while we are at it, letās dress up - come wearing a cowboy hat, bandana, jeansā¦ whatever you feel like and LETāS HAVE SOME FUN!!!! š¤

A few days ago, I got a chance to get some seniors to experience my NEW CLASS, a chair based exercise class called: āGet Fit While You Sitā. They loved it and had a blast - I only wish I could have record the whole thing... the positive energy they have is something we all need in our life today! ā¤
*Classes starts Tuesday, Jan 14 @ 6:15pm
