I’ve never seen this picture before until Jess posted it the other day. Most people didn’t know this but every day I came home me and my boy always snuggled rug he here in that spot. It was the one connection piece I had with him. I miss those cuddles more than anything.

My princesses both turn another year old. To have them healthy and full of joy is such a blessing. A blessing that I’m more and more aware of these days. I love my Reese and Aero.

I don’t post much fitness content on here anymore. Truth is, life’s been busy — building, learning, leading, messing up, and trying again.

Running a business, raising a family, and chasing goals all come with a mix of gratitude and pressure. But I’ve realized it’s the moments in between — the quiet ones, the early mornings, the late nights — where the real work happens.

If you’ve been part of my circle — at the gym, or just in life — know that I’m grateful for you. I don’t take this community for granted.

Here’s to keeping it real, showing up when it counts, and doing the work that no one sees.

3 days in the mountains with no cell service and the people I love is great medicine. Speaking of medicine….. came back from the mountains needing some. Last picture is a dozy 😂⛰️🫶

There’s always something missing… Even in the middle of smiles, laughter, and good times, there are moments where my mind drifts….staring into the sky, feeling the weight of grief.

But when I lean into the Lord in those quiet, heavy moments, He meets me there. He comforts the hurt, the questions, the ache. I feel His presence even closer.

Then I look at my wife, my kids… and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. His goodness is the one thing I can always count on. 🙏🏼

Today hits different.
Two years ago, Brody had his heart repaired, a huge milestone in his journey. It’s a day full of emotion… because while he’s no longer here with us, his strength and spirit still speak louder than ever.

It’s easy to avoid days like this, to numb the pain… but I’ve learned to lean in. These moments matter. His story matters. I never want to forget the victories … or the boy behind them.

11 years married to my best friend 🤍

We’ve walked through some of our hardest seasons together—and some of our sweetest. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: we’ve kept God at the center of our marriage.

It’s not always been easy, but having a firm foundation in His Word has shaped how we love, how we forgive, how we make decisions, and how we move forward—together.

I truly don’t know how we would have made it through the past couple years without our faith grounding us and guiding us. But here we are—stronger, more grateful, and more in love than ever. 🙏❤️
