My purpose is to lead and guide others in their journey to greatness.
I have been reading Michelle Obama's fantastic book "The light we carry". It is speaking to me right at the perfect time. She shares her struggle during Covid and the importance of togetherness and SHINING THE LIGHT WE CARRY. I am so driven right now to ELIMINATE A PATH FOR OTHERS. To shine that light.After speaking in the Bahamas on the weekend I am ever so aware of the POWER OF CONNECTION and a SHARED PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE. Watch this space for new programs and courses coming your way soon.
As a side note.. this photo was taken when I was speaking on the weekend. The light literally shining on me through me and onto the athletes..

We are so excited to put on our 3rd Masters Swim Meet FUN-Vitational on December 4th, 2022 starting at 8am.
All swim levels are welcome! There are races for swim levels 1, 2, 3 and of course all master swimmers! Let’s come out and cheer on the new swimmers and the more experienced.
Registration is open! Early registration is $30 until November 26th then the price increases.
Please create teams of 4 to compete in the FUN Relay races.
• mixed female and male teams
