So we at Island Foodology did a thing... Seraph (my son) and I AND our bees (da girls) will be featured on UK celebrity Chef Ainsley Harriot's 10 part series called "Taste of The Bahamas". It is a series "Following the nationโ€™s chefs, farmers, fishermen and artisans, the series not only portrays the vivacity of The Bahamasโ€™ culinary culture, but its vibrant crafts and festivals." The series is out tomorrow, January 3rd on ITV out of the UK. ITV

I am told they have a viewership of 4 million people which is ๐Ÿคฏ. Definitely our biggest interview and exposure yet. I am not sure how long or in which episode we will be featured because I haven't seen the final edits but we will see ๐Ÿ˜. It was a pleasure spending time which Chef Harriot and chatting with him about life and family in between takes. The crew at Rock Oyster Media https://lnkd.in/etSSccYf where sooo professional and directed us on EXACTLY what they needed us to do and made us feel at ease.

Also a very special shout out to our friends and partners at Blue Fields Farms where some of our bees are held. I was most pleased about sharing this moment with my first born who has taken an interest in the bees and who I am training to help manage them. We have had our challenges but I am optimistic for the future.

BIG TINGS and BLESSINGS expected for 2026! We starting with a BANG!

Will post the link when it airs!

Happy World Bee Day! I had a great day with 70 first graders from Claridge Primary School. So well-behaved, enthusiastic and sweet. Hope to see them again next year!
