Your best results wonât come from waiting for the perfect timeđ€·đ»ââïž
Sure, if youâre lucky, you MIGHT have a 3 month stint where thereâs no travel or social plans or work fires and you can just lock in on your goals. Maybe youâll lose 5 lbs, maybe even 10 or 15⊠but then what?
Once real life comes back into the equation, you wonât maintain those results if you didnât create habits and a foundation that would last during those times. THAT is why building an approach around your real life, not in spite of it, is so importantâŒïž
I hear all the time from women that they will wait to start once things settle down, but the truth is, getting started when things arenât settled is the best way to actually make it work for you long term. Balance is a learned skill and a strategyđŻ
If youâre ready to figure out once and for all how to build a balance that doesnât fall apart with travel, social events, or busy seasons, I want to help you! Comment READY & letâs see if coaching is a fit for youđ

For years, I thought getting the body I wanted meant simply losing more weight.
If the scale wasnât moving, I assumed I was doing something wrong and wasnât making any progress, but that couldnât be further from the truth!
These photos are only about 10 lbs apart over 2 years (Iâm 5â9 for context). The biggest difference wasnât another diet- it was spending years consistently strength training, eating enough protein, keeping a balanced lifestyle, and allowing those habits to compound.
And I get thatâs not an exciting answer⊠because we want transformation to happen in 8 weeks. We want dramatic progress every time we step on the scale. We want cold hard proof that our hard work is paying off immediately!
But some of the most meaningful changes happen so gradually that you donât notice them until you look back and see how far youâve come. Thatâs what body recomposition is!
Building muscle while maintaining or slowly reducing body fat can completely change the way your body looks, even if your weight barely changes. So if youâre doing the right things and feeling discouraged because the scale isnât moving as fast as youâd like, donât automatically assume nothing is happening. Not all progress shows up on the scale.
Sometimes the changes youâre working for are happening underneath the surface long before you see them.
Comment âTONEâ and Iâll send you the training, nutrition, and lifestyle framework Iâve used to build and maintain my physiqueđ

weekends used to be when iâd completely fall off track.
iâd be super âgoodâ Monday to Thursday⊠then Friday hit and it turned into a free-for-all. meals out, drinks, late night snacks, and by sunday night i felt like i ruined the whole week & would repeat the cycle over and over again.
what i eventually realized is that the problem was never the brunch, the pasta, or the drinks- it was the all-or-nothing mindset.
you donât need perfect weekends to see progress. you just need a little balance and a few simple habits that help you enjoy your plans without feeling like youâre starting over every mondayđ«¶

the countdown is on!!đđ€âš
having goals doesnât mean giving up your life. you need FUEL! my approach: focus on Whole Foods and high protein for the majority of what I eat (still making those meals taste delicious) + including treats here and there while being intentional and mindful about itđ„°
During the summer where treats, indulgences, and unplanned social events are higher, I try to balance it out with more movement too. Take advantage of those long warm days & get outside besties!
Which is your fav meal here?
