Chantel Sands' weight-loss journey has not been easy.
"For the longest time I was stuck at a certain weight and it made me so miserable that I used to literally cry", she said. Then a friend of hers told her about Outdoor Fitness Bahamas and the weight loss Challenges. She decided to give them a try. She participated in the 14 Day Challenge in December, then the 21 Day Challenge in January.
Chantal, who lives in Eleuthera, embraced the meal plan, motivational tips and online workouts and was determined to get results. And, she did 👍🏽.
"I feel soo good right now. Everything is better. No more headaches, back aches and knee aches. I don't even know who that lady in the 'before' photo in the pink dress is", she laughs.
Since completing the last Challenge, Chantel maintains an active lifestyle having joined Outdoor Fitness Bahamas' regular program where she works out 3 x a week, walks everyday 'especially when I don't feel like it 😊' and utilizes the habits and tips she learned during the Challenges.
Big congratulations to Chantal and the many others who are reaping the benefits of committing 100% to their health and wellness 🎉🥳👍🏽💪🏽.
The Outdoor Fitness Bahamas Carmichael Road (QHC) group getting in their 'Double Up Tabata' workout this morning 😊👏🏽. It started to spry a little so we moved under the front covering of the building. That didn't stop the Warriors from giving their full effort though 💪🏽.
