All Classes are in effect as of Monday January 4th ,2016 starting at 5:30 am with MARLON followed by the 12 noon class with Mr B. The evening session kicks off at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm with MARLON, At 6pm the ABS & BUTT class will resume upstairs with Mr. B and then at 6.30 pm to 7:30 pm is Aerobics with Dale.
