For someone who has to travel a lot, it's hard for me to keep a calculated balanced diet all the time. Living in a PG that serves low on protein food doesn't help either.
Tempayy is a good option to fulfil the need for protein in the diet. One can add Tempayy with literally anything--be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even with not-so-healthy food.😉
All I have to do is sauté it in a pan for 6-8min using oil and mix it in my food while cooking, and that's it! Tempayy can really be a game changer.
