A beautiful outdoor sound bath session, held by the earth beneath us, the trees above us, and the healing vibrations around us. πΏβ¨ποΈ
When we slow down, nature becomes our greatest teacher.
A gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. π€
Yoga Yangchen
Her passion is improving the wellbeing of all sentient beings.
A yoga and meditation teacher, IAYT Yoga Therapist (in training), 1000H TTC Yoga Teacher, Sound Practitioner, Pre-Postnatal, Goodwill Ambassador of Nazhoen Lamtoen and animal rights advocate.
My dear friend Phub Zangmo shared this, and what deeply struck me is the reflection below: βIf we have deep faith and respect for our Lamas and Rinpoches, perhaps one of the most meaningful ways to honour their teachings is by sincerely trying to follow the advice they share with us.
For example, His Holiness has often reminded us to cultivate compassion and reduce or avoid consuming meat, seeing all sentient beings as living beings who also wish to live and be free from suffering.β
True devotion is not only about admiration, prayers, or receiving teachings, but also about how we bring those teachings into our daily lives.
This made me reflect on how important it is that our devotion becomes something we practice, not only something we express.
May our devotion go beyond words and be reflected in our thoughts, actions, and the way we live. May the teachings we receive continue to transform our hearts, minds, and actions, becoming a way of living. ππΌ

At the Lungta Art Festival in Tarayana Park, we also have a stall at the fair. At the stall, you will find beautiful products created by the children at our shelter home. Every product you purchase will directly support the children through meals, education and opportunities to learn new skills.
We also have membership forms available at the stall, and each and every one of you is welcome to become a member by contributing from Nu. 100 onwards.
These small acts of kindness make a meaningful difference in the lives of children. Thank you all in advance for supporting Nazhoen Lamtoen. ππΌπ‘πΈπ±

Spring reminds us that life continues to bloom in its own way and in its own time. πΈ
Zamine is a beautiful, joyful paraplegic dog whose resilience, determination, and gentle spirit inspire me every time I see her. She may move differently, but she embraces life with a courage that many of us can learn from.
Surrounded by blooming flowers, I was reminded that beauty is not found in perfection, but in the strength to keep growing, adapting and shining despite lifeβs challenges.
Thank you Zamine, for reminding me every day that life is precious and that joy can be found in the little things. πΎπ
