β€œ Prana, Bindu and Nadi are transforming from the impure to pure, when we meditate. β€œ

Prana is the vital life force or energy, Nadis are the energy channels/ nerves through which Prana flows and Bindu are the cells, which are moving inside the nadis.

So by simply sitting and watching your breath, ( one form of basic meditation) it works on a much deeper and your subtle state of being. So try and incorporate this sacred practice be it even a few minutes a day, in the long run you will thank yourself for it. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜‡πŸͺ·πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
