Former President of Botswana, His Excellency Festus Gontebanye Mogae, has passed away.

The former Head of State served as President of Botswana from 1998 to 2008.

President Mogae was widely respected for his prudent economic management and his commitment to good governance.

We extend our congratulations to you and your ministry and World Relays LOC and on the successful ex*****on of the Debswana World Relays Gaborone 26.
Honourable Minister, we acknowledge the economic circumstances of our nation; yet, we are confident that we can achieve our objectives with reduced expenditure. We acknowledge the significance of dwellings and value their importance. Honourable Minister, while the public often associates stadiums primarily with football or soccer, we propose that the stands of our national stadium be named after our relay team instead of the current designations of A, B, or C, or Panda, South, Grandstand, or North.

Each side is partitioned into three halves. We suggest naming each section of our stands after our athletes.
Without any specific sequence:

Lee Bhekempilo Eppie: North Stand
Letsile Tebogo Grand Stand
Bayapo Ndori: Panda Stand
Busang Collen Kebinatshipi: South Stand

Although it may seem minor, it is feasible and economical, nevertheless it will instill confidence in our athletes!
