PUBLIC APOLOGY - MAROBELA MINI MARATHON

Dear Participants, Sponsors and Other Stakeholders

The Marobela Mini Marathon Committee wishes to offer our sincere and
unreserved apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay in the
delivery of the marathon T-shirts.

Due to unforeseen challenges with our supplier, the merchandise was not
completed on time despite our best efforts. Supplementary plans and
engagements are in place with the supplier to ensure that the T-shirts are delivered.

This is not the standard we set for ourselves, and we take full responsibility for
the inconvenience caused. We deeply appreciate and respect the support our
elders, participants, sponsors, revellers and the entire Marobela community
have shown us.

We wish to reiterate that this has never happened in the previous four editions
of the Marobela Mini Marathon, and we sincerely regret that this year’s event
has experienced this challenge.

Nevertheless, the event will go ahead as planned.

We would like to assure you that:

1. Registered participants will receive direct communication regarding the
BIB number collection via SMS.

2. Should the T-shirts be delivered sooner, they will be made available for collection immediately.

We sincerely apologise once again for the inconvenience and thank you for your
patience, understanding and continued support of the Marobela Mini Marathon.
