Women Continue to Make Their Mark in Football Development
Women continue to break barriers in football development as four female participants are taking part in the ongoing FIFA Elite Physical and Technical Referee Instructors Development Course.
Currently on Day 3 of the intensive five-day programme, the women come from diverse professional backgrounds, including goalkeeping, physical education, and sports science, showcasing the growing role of women in football beyond the field of play.
Adding further inspiration is the presence of a CAF-certified female instructor Phemelo Precious Oatile, who is assisting FIFA Physical Instructor Mohammed Houssein Ali of Djibouti in delivering the course.
