Happy holidays Champions I mean those who have been training with me and those who have been following my pages since day one. May the Almighty God Continue blessing each and everyone in everything you want to archive in 2026.

My training is basically focused on training non-boxer female and male, and should be age 10 to 70 years. I also welcome those who want to improve their technique, whether you’re a former boxer or you have done Boxing for fitness before.
