Our next fixture sees us take on Phiring Hungry Leopards in an away game at Tsholofelo Primary School as part of the GACFA Youth Cup.

We would like to wish our team the very best of luck. Let’s continue to embody the values of hard work, dedication, teamwork, respect, and passion as we strive for continuous development as an academy.

We knew this challenge wouldn’t be easy, but we walk away stronger and wiser. Every moment has taught us something valuable. Keep your heads up, stay united, and continue working hard, this is all part of the journey.

Our first games of the season are now done and dusted. Our focus remains firmly on development. The results we seek are not necessarily reflected on the scoreboard today, but in the growth, character, and progress that will bear fruit in the years to come.

This Saturday, 14 March 2026, Academy of Young Stars plays our first match of the season against White City.

The wait is over! The GACFA Youth Cup officially kicks off on 14 March 2026, and the Academy of Young Stars will be proudly represented by all three age groups: U13, U15 & U17 ⚽

Our young stars are ready to compete, grow, and showcase their talent on the big stage. This season is about more than just results, it’s about discipline, teamwork, and believing in the journey. 🌟

FINAL OPEN TRIALS – U21 & SENIOR TEAM
Academy of Young Stars

The Academy of Young Stars will be hosting its final round of open trials for the Under 21 and Senior Teams.

We successfully held our first round of trials in late 2025, and this will be the last opportunity for players to be considered ahead of the upcoming season.

We are aware that many individuals were unable to attend the first round of trials and have since requested another opportunity. We felt it was only fair to accommodate this by hosting an additional round.

We are looking for committed, disciplined, and hardworking players who are ready to compete and grow within a professional, development-focused environment.
