Come and take part in informative workshops and discussions from our Community Partners from Men and Boys for Gender Equality, United Against Gender-Based Violence Coalition, GR8R THAN FITNESS, Cherished Beings Trust, Agora Club Botswana, the Boys Code Foundation, BBM Counseling and Recovery Services, and many others! From Health and Wellness Checks, Tai Chi Meditation in Movement, Gung Fu and Self Defense Techniques against Bullying and Human Trafficking to Male Mentorship and Parenting, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counseling, Entrepreneurship, Spirituality and Your Faith, and much, MUCH MORE!!!! The International Gung Fu and Healing Center Botswana would like to take this time to wish you all a Grand, Safe, and Happy Boipuso as we celebrate Independence for the Republic of Botswana. Our offices will be closed and will resume operations on Monday October 6th, 2025. Training for all students will resume on Saturday October 4th, 2025 at our training grounds in Ext. 5.

We had SOOOO much fun LAST year, we've decided to join in the fun THIS year!😄 Join the International Gung Fu and Healing Center Botswana on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at 5pm inside Park 27 (old Tsholofelo Park) as we participate in festivities with presentations of Lion Dancing, Wushu, Taichi and Qigong performances during the Chinese Community's Mid-Autumn Cultural Fair. As this event also precedes China's National Day on October 1st, help us, along with the local community, to celebrate and observe Botswana's Independence on the day. Don't miss out on this exciting cultural event and have fun with family and friends. There will be entertainment, food and beverage, games, give aways and prizes! Make plans to attend...🇧🇼🇨🇳

This week the International Gung Fu and Healing Center Botswana joined hands with Ikage Gender Network and Beyond Labels Foundation to conduct personal development and empowerment sessions at the Pudulogong Rehabilitation Center in Mochudi. Over two days, Laoshi Scott led a session on introduction to martial arts, self defense, and personal safety for the visually impaired. He was joined by students from the International Gung Fu and Healing Center.
The International Gung Fu and Healing Center promotes inclusivity, sports for development, and sports for all through it's community outreach program, the Gontse Movement, by offering low cost self defense classes to vulnerable groups such as women and children, martial arts programs in schools to help teach discipline, respect, and conflict resolution, also programs for marginalized groups such as the elderly and people living with disabilities. Also, performing martial arts demonstrations for causes such as the hearing and vision impaired, and those who are physically challenged.
