Do remember to visit a health facility for breast examination.
✔️pick a day once a month to do a breast check...atleast 2 weeks after your periods.
✔️know the shape and size, check ni***es for retraction or discharge
✔️check for any skin changes
✔️check for lumps using your finger tips.
Starting from the arm pit, with your arm behind your head. Use the opposite hand to fill for lumps. Do not skip any spot.
✔️if you are not sure of what you are feeling, or have any of the above changes, visit the clinic.
✔️if you are over 40, do a mammogram, at minimum, every 2 years.
✔️ if you are below 40, and your mother/siblings have had a breast cancer or if you have a lump... speak to your doctor about doing an ultrasound of your breasts.

Yesterday I spoke at the SHE Summit.
I spoke around medical boarding and disability grading.
Do we have the right proceses in place to protect both the employer and the employee?
Who sits in our medical boards?
Do we understand our agreements with insurers for both compensation and disability covers?
Engage us to take you through the process, to assist you to develop a sound Medical retirement process/ program, and a sound Return to Work program.

Oral herpes is caused by the HSV-1 virus.
We can get from contact with someone with oozing herpes blisters.
: the virus can still be transmitted sometimes in the absence of blisters.
• 💋Kissing…this is how some young children get it…being kissed by an adult who is infected.
• Contact…sharing utensils etc.
• The ge***al herpes can be transmitted to the mouth through Oral s*x.
Painful sore, tingling, fever etc that can last up to 14 days.
This is a lifelong infection. Blisters can occur during :
• Episodes of low immunity, e.g. when having flu
• Fatigue
• Hormonal changes e.g. period times
• Stressful times.
Use a cream..or see your doctor especially if no improvement in 2 weeks.
📌📌Avoid kissing babies on the mouth.
