Introducing the Sarona Kalahari 1000 Race! 🏜️🚦

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Jwaneng's challenging sandy terrains, this inaugural 1000km desert race is poised to become a cornerstone in Botswana's motorsport legacy. 🇧🇼 🇿🇦 🇳🇦 🇿🇼 🇿🇲

Event Highlights:

Dates: April 11th to 13th, 2025
Location: Jwaneng, Botswana
Format:
April 11th (Friday): Registration, Opening Ceremony, and Time Trials 🕒
April 12th (Saturday): Day 1 Racing 🏎️
April 13th (Sunday): Day 2 Racing, Prize Giving, and Closing Ceremony 🎉

In true BORRC tradition, we're committed to delivering an epic event. While previous routes have really tested both competitors and their vehicles, this year we're introducing fast, open routes designed to challenge your skills without putting your equipment at risk. We promise a race that won't be a carbreaker! 💪🚗✨

Estate Construction is proud to sponsor the Estate Construction Race Team as they head to Dimawe Village near Mankgodi for rounds 3 & 4 of the National Off-Road Championship!

Kagiso Stephens leads the OR2 class and is currently 2nd Overall. With the goal of clinching the National Championship this year, Kagiso is ready to give it his all for a spectacular day of racing.

Andile, our motocross specialist, is making his 2nd appearance in the national off-road scene to hone his skills. Currently 4th overall in the junior championship, Andile is determined to climb the ranks and aim for top honors.

Join us in cheering on our talented racers as they push for victory and showcase their incredible skills. Let’s make this race a memorable one!
