Yesterday we held our 2026/27 season opener Anual General Meeting at our grounds where the team voted for the management taking over the organization.

The AGM went smoothly as far as hopes were concerned. We managed to come up with a structure Moeti United has never used since it's establishment. Just a sprinkle of cheese on top of the marinate that was already prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the new era of Moeti United SC. A whole new set up!

Do you know about the sniper Lesego Scage John? The well oiled left footed right wing? He still holds the club's penalty record as he sits on 100% conversion rate since the 2022/23 season till date.

The 21 year old talent is also the team's leading top goal scorer for 3 conservative seasons now as he registered 13 goals and 9 assists (22 G/A) this past one. He's one of the club's generational talents as he was developed under the guidance of Mr Patrick Shakes Mazonga from the age of 9. He still serves the badge now under the care of Jackalas Jacky Boesman wide pride.

Moeti United Sporting Club would like to invite all Moeti United family, partners, players, technical team, and management to our Season Closing Meeting as we officially wrap up the 2026 football season.

The meeting will focus on reflecting on the season, appreciating everyone’s contribution, discussing the way forward, and celebrating the unity and commitment shown throughout the campaign.

Going on to the meeting, there will be a get together football match between Moeti United SC and Moeti United Legends. The game will start at 1500hrs at Moeti United Park.

Your presence and support throughout the season have meant a lot to the club, and we would be honored to close the season together as one family.

To our loyal supporters and fans — thank you for always availing yourselves for every fixture, for the chants, the belief, and the unwavering love you showed the badge. Your presence gave the team strength when the season tested us the most.

To our players — thank you for your commitment, discipline, and sacrifices on and off the pitch. You carried the pride of this club with courage and determination in every match.

To the technical team — your leadership, preparation, and belief in the squad kept us competitive throughout a challenging campaign. Your hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it never goes unnoticed.

To the management and leadership — thank you for the guidance, support, and stability that allowed the club to function and grow during demanding times.

This season was not an easy one, but together we showed resilience, unity, and the true spirit of Moeti United. We have laid a foundation to build on, and we move forward stronger, wiser, and more determined.

We look ahead to the next season with renewed hope and ambition.
