Finding fitness activities for kids with special needs can be difficult.Every child has a unique diagnosis and her own challenges and preferences. but many of them struggle with participating in sports.
Even when kid's mobility is limited,or their bodies tire easily,they can still participate in and enjoy many and other fitness

Let's join hands on this date(13th October 2018 Lobatse, Civic Centre) and support them, Train with them and have Fun with them

Just go to the nearest Spar Outlets or Webtickets Botswana and buy a ticket even if you won't be around, you can also buy equipment like Cones, Matt, skipping rope, medicine balls, football/Netball kit and many more
