We believe a box should be more than a place to train; it should be a community that protects and empowers its own. With the rise in targeted violence against women in Belize, we felt the responsibility to do more, so we partnered with Coach to introduce a self-defense session for our athletes, giving them skills that can protect, empower, and build confidence beyond the gym!
