Prevail Combat Club

Undefeated Dominic Beaino is back and this time he is moving up to the Welterweight Division to face Sheldon Katus whom is coming off an impressive win in his last outing.

Prevail was founded by Pastor Joel Meyer. He was a High School wrestler, so our philosophy was simple, cardio and wrestling. Prevail was all based on the story of Jacob. Here's the Story:

"'And Jacob was left alone. And a man wrestled with him until the breaking of the day. When the man saw that he did not prevail against Jacob, he touched his hip socket, and Jacob's hip was put out of joint as he wrestled with him. Then he said, “Let me go, for the day has broken.” But Jacob said, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” And he said to him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” Then he said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with God and with men, and have prevailed.”"Gensis 32:24-28.

We appreciate Guard pulling as it's a very highly effective technique in Sport BJJ. However, you can't tell anyone from Prevail to do such thing as we simply don't know how to. We will wrestle to the ground.

Update from our Champ Lambey Elh

In his third match against a Pro fighter from Venezuela, he dominated early but fighting st over 8000 feet above sea level is no joke. Added that he had no breakfast. He was unable to complete the match

We are do proud og his performance and will make the adjustments for the
future
