When you want every customer to enjoy an exceptional experience with your brand, turn to Protel BPO for your contact center solutions. We value our people, and it shows in our daily team and customer interactions as well as our high employee retention rate. Protel BPO is located in beautiful Belize, a country that is officially in Central America but shares a colonial past with the Caribbean. Belize offers the best in nearshore call center services because English is the country’s official language and the first language of over 90% of the population. Belize also shares time zones with the U.S., as well as possessing a neutral accent and a strong cultural affinity with our American neighbors. The BPO industry in Belize is the third largest career opportunity in the country, yet positions are concentrated across a limited number of contact center companies. This helps stabilize job hopping and boosts retention for these desired positions. This increased retention means your brand is strengthened by an engaged, forward-thinking workforce. Protel guarantees that every customer who interacts with your brand gets a positive and energetic experience. We do this within focused, intentionally led teams with scalable seat capacity, designed to be responsive and agile enough for your custom needs. The perfect overlay of geography, culture, and political stability means that Protel BPO is uniquely situated to give you near-shore service at offshore prices with our rigorous commitment to quality. A culture of ongoing training and promotion at Protel BPO means we never stop pursuing growth for your brand. Our team’s training and daily work is guided by an innovative incentive program. At Protel BPO we understand that we are an integral part of an extended local community and as such we engage in meaningful community service. Our CEO Kevin Herrera, a founding member of Protel BPO limited, is an active part of local and regional development initiatives and is known for his commitment to a fair, equitable and generous work environment. With our well-trained and motivated staff, the latest contact center technology and a culture of excellence, Protel BPO achieves exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability for every client we serve.
