This past week, while on retreat at BFREE Research Station in southern Belize, our wonder-filled group stepped deep into the wild—and discovered that the jungle has a way of surprising you at every turn.

We made new jungle turtle friends, wandered beneath towering ancient Ceiba trees, followed winding jungle trails, and shared those unforgettable moments when adventure, connection, and a little bit of wild magic come together.

There was something extraordinary about being surrounded by trees that have stood for generations, meeting creatures who call this forest home, and simply slowing down enough to notice it all.

Ancient trees. Wild encounters. New friendships. A little wonder around every corner.

For yoga teachers, massage therapists, bodyworkers, healers, and anyone who works with people, Reiki can be a beautiful complementary practice to bring greater presence, intention, and energetic awareness into your work.

No previous experience is necessary—just curiosity and an open mind.
