FUEL YOUR WORKOUT

Your workout starts before you reach the gym. Fueling your body properly helps improve energy, focus and performance.

Simple pre-workout options:
Yogurt and honey
Banana with peanut butter
Oats with fruits.

Heading to the gym? Consider your "fuel" aka food, as part of the process to achieving your fitness goals in the gym. Keeping it simple will ensure you can be on repeat and be consistent.
