Coach Frank has been a cornerstone of F.I.T.E.FIT Belize, bringing immense value to our training and culture. This long-overdue post highlights an exciting event! Jeffrey defended his title against Ismar Vasquez, while Mac, our head coach, fought on the main card against a competitor from Guatemala at . It was the most thrilling ProFC event to date, featuring fighters from the US, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Mac delivered an outstanding performance in the cage, securing a TKO victory over his opponent in just 2 minutes and 11 seconds. His knee strikes were particularly lethal.

Jeffrey went the distance, battling hard against Ismar's submission attempts throughout all five rounds. However, Ismar’s game plan proved superior, and he ultimately won the belt from Jeffrey. In the world of competition, we experience both wins and losses. After all, if we don't learn how to lose, we can’t truly appreciate our victories.
